These Terms & Conditions apply to anyone who visits, browses, registers on, or buys from sanoi.in, the online store for SANOI's premium organic food products. Using the site in any of these ways means you accept these terms; if you don't agree with them, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility & User Accounts

Eligibility: You are expected to provide accurate and complete details — name, phone number, email, and delivery address — when you register or place an order. SANOI reserves the right to restrict or cancel an account or order if the information provided appears false, misleading, or otherwise improper.

Accounts: Registering an account allows you to view order history, track deliveries, save addresses, leave reviews, and access patron privileges. Keeping your login credentials safe is your responsibility, as is any activity conducted through your account. Please notify SANOI immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Products & Natural Variations

Product listings include names, ingredients, nutritional facts, net weight, storage/usage instructions, photos, and shelf-life details where relevant.

Authentic Natural Variations: Because SANOI products are made with pure, natural, and wood-pressed ingredients without chemical bleaching or synthetic stabilizers, natural variations in color, aroma, taste, sediment, or appearance are normal and indicate authentic purity rather than a defect.

Packaging: Photos on the website are for visual representation. Physical packaging, labels, or containers may evolve over time in line with operational and regulatory updates. Always consult the printed product label before consumption.

3. Health Statements & Medical Disclaimer

No Medical Claims: SANOI highlights features like natural or traditional ingredients, wooden Ghani pressing, or absence of artificial colors. Any wellness- or digestion-related mentions describe general dietary characteristics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease.

Children's Items & Allergies: Caregivers should carefully inspect ingredient lists, allergen warnings, and instructions on the physical packaging before giving products to children. Individuals with known allergies or health conditions should seek professional medical advice.

FSSAI Compliance & Organic Positioning: SANOI operates under the applicable Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) regulatory framework. SANOI is branded as "Premium Organic Foods." Organic claims reflect respective agricultural sourcing and certification standards.

4. Pricing, Payments & Offers

Pricing & Currency: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, include applicable GST taxes. SANOI reserves the right to revise prices and promotions at any time. In the event of a technical pricing error, SANOI reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Payment Methods: Payments can be securely made via PhonePe, UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, or other gateways integrated on sanoi.in. SANOI does not store sensitive card credentials; all payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party infrastructure.

Payment Reconciliation: If money is debited from your account but an order confirmation is not generated, please contact SANOI with transaction references. We will verify with the payment gateway and promptly confirm the order or initiate a full refund.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Not currently offered, unless explicitly enabled at checkout during special campaigns.

5. Shipping, Cancellations & Returns Overview

Shipping: SANOI ships across India via trusted courier partners. We offer FREE shipping on orders above ₹999; for orders below ₹999, applicable shipping charges are shown transparently at checkout.

Cancellations: You can cancel your order anytime before dispatch. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Food Product Returns: Due to health, hygiene, and food safety standards, opened or consumed food products cannot be returned. Genuine transit damage, wrong item, expiry, or defects reported within 48 hours of delivery are eligible for free replacements or refunds under our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Customer Reviews & Content

Only verified purchasers may submit reviews. Reviews must be genuine, honest, and free of abusive language, false claims, promotional spam, personal contact data, or unlawful material. SANOI reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews that violate these standards.

7. Intellectual Property & Service Availability

All trademarks, logos, brand assets, product imagery, text descriptions, and website design are the exclusive property of SANOI. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

While SANOI strives for 24/7 uptime, occasional maintenance, hosting upgrades, or technical circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary service interruptions.
